Absolutely. Huntington is centrally located within a major transit corridor, making it an excellent choice for commuters. 

BART San Bruno Station: Located just 0.6 miles away (about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride). 

CalTrain - San Bruno CalTrain Station: Also roughly 0.7 miles away. This is the primary rail line for reaching Palo Alto, Mountain View, and San Jose. It’s ideal for residents working at major tech campuses further down the Peninsula. 

Commuter Shuttles & Regional Transit: Many large biotech and tech companies in South San Francisco provide private shuttle services that pick up from the San Bruno BART and Caltrain stations. 

SFO Airport: Because Huntington is only one BART stop away, getting to the airport for travel or work is incredibly efficient.

A $500 deposit is required, along with monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Service animals are always welcome.

Application approval times vary from person to person.

Up front costs include your Application Fee, Security Deposit, Additional Costs (pet rent, pet deposit, parking, locker fee) and your first months rent. You can use thecost calculator on our site to get a proposed cost.

Residents can pay rent through our resident portal using ACH or credit card payments.

Upon move in you can sign up for our RentCafe app, or visit our website which allows you to pay through the resident portal.

Monthly fees vary based on extra services purchased like parking or pet rent.

Yes, renter's insurance is required.

Utilities can be set up with PG&E (Power), Cal Water, and Internet/Cable providers directly as needed.

There are many options for internet and cable access in our area. Major providers include Xfinity, T-Mobile, Earthlink, and Verizon.

Please be sure to mention that you were referred by a current or past resident on your application.

We have an early termination fee. Termination fees vary by unit.
