Upon move in you can sign up for our RentCafe app, or visit our website which allows you to pay through the resident portal.

Monthly fees vary based on extra services purchased like parking or pet rent.

Yes, renter's insurance is required.

Utilities can be set up with PG&E (Power), Cal Water, and Internet/Cable providers directly as needed.

There are many options for internet and cable access in our area. Major providers include Xfinity, T-Mobile, Earthlink, and Verizon.

Please be sure to mention that you were referred by a current or past resident on your application.
